In times when the music industry seems to be losing its connection to us artists—streaming platforms stealing our work, investors taking over festivals, venues closing, and indie artists struggling for visibility—local live shows have become more important and indispensable than ever. They are not just concerts, but acts of resistance, moments where real people connect beyond algorithms and trends.

The Synth Club is a series of electronic live events that celebrate exactly that: authentic energy, community, and the raw pulse of sound shared in real space.

We are always on the lookout for new, exciting artists who want to play at the Synth Club.

We offer a great platform to perform in front of a small but very dedicated audience and to network with the local synthesizer community.

Fill out the submission form, and I´ll be happy to review your submission:

Your artist name
Your real name
Genre (the Synth Club is, as the name says, focused on electronic synthesiser music)
Your origin and current place of residence
Links to your music; ideally, you also have recordings of live performances but that’s not mandatory if you just started your music business
Links to your website and / or social media profiles
Best of all, please also include a short bio

Important! I only review material that you send along, I won´t Google you nor do I convert any of the sent material. The more you include, the better I can assess whether you fit into the lineup.

We offer each act a fixed fee plus free drinks in the artist lounge and discounted drinks at the KuBaA Bar.

Location

Check the website of the Kulturbahnhof Affoltern (kubaa.ch). You can download their tech rider and see some photos as well.

The location is equipped with a proper light and sound system and there is a well equipped bar with affordable prices as well.

Each act needs to deliver 1 stereo signal (6.3mm Jack).
