Zürich-based performer and artist Rosenkranz presents “One” — the debut release marking both the official launch of the project itself and the first artefact of a newly defined artistic identity. Formerly operating under the name “59 Perlen,” this EP signals a conscious transformation: a formal realignment toward music that’s rooted, deliberate, and openly processual.

“One” collects four tracks of ambient and drone music, each originating from live hardware jams. They are improvised sessions in which machines, room acoustics, and the immediate moment shape the sound in equal measure. The result is music that feels warm, organic and physical while the EP comfortably sits between ambient stillness, drifting drones, and moments of quiet rhythmic density.

With “One”, Rosenkranz establishes itself not as a conventional release project but as an ongoing process of sonic documentation and invites listeners to witness its first marker – on top of his live appearances.
